RGC 2013: been there, done zik!

Yes, we were there! The Retro Gaming Convention 2013!
250 retrogaming people packed for the week-end, in a community centre in the suburbs of Paris.
Some of them sharing their antique game systems.
Some other exposing  exotic hardware or authentic prototypes of legendary machines, like SNES, Dolphin, Dreamcast.

...And of course, some other (Days), doing music!   Check this out:

Hi.

We were requested to revamp our original Retrotaku TV titles for their brand new Radio Edition.  Introducing the Retrotaku V2, now with more booms and bangs AND still including true DMG-01 sounds: we keep it real.

Some background: Retrotaku is a french Web + local TV show about retrogaming, since 2012. They're extending their activity on radio as they're now broadcasting live on Radio Alpa for 30 minutes every 2 weeks... With our new titles of course:)

Hi guys!
Big news here.

Emencia is a fresh french web agency.
They wanted to do a teaser for their brand new website.
Greenmango did the video for them: a stop motion masterpiece.
And we did the soundtrack, 100% customized to customer's wishes.

You may say "well, this is not 100% 8-bit audio, it sounds more elaborate and mainstream than gameboy". Indeed, the customer wanted something balanced between chiptunes and modern, progressive electro tunes. That's the tradeoff we achieved for them. All of this in less than 2 months time!

But.. you know us. We love 8-bit and it shows. So, just for you guys, here's the first version we ever released for them:

Which is, according to us, the best version of this soundtrack ;)
